Mike started his home building career over 20 years ago working as a superintendent for a large home builder in So Cal. During this time, he built over 900 homes, managing the construction process from start to finish.  Mike ensured that each home was built to code and specifications as well as a meticulous quality inspection process prior to delivering each home. After his tenor in the field, he was offered a purchasing manager position with one of the largest Fortune 500 home builders in the US. Mike spent 12 years working with trade contractors, building relationships with manufactures and suppliers, managing the supply chain, and ensuring products to build each home were delivered to the jobsites on time.  Eventually Mike was promoted to Vice President of Operations where he managed the entire home building operations for the company. Following a slowdown in the market, Mike went to work for a custom luxury home builder in Beverly Hills where he managed the homebuilding operations for the company. Mike built 11 custom hillside properties with complex foundation systems ranging from 5,000 to 12,000 sq. ft. and with a price range of 5M to 17M.  Upon completion of the projects he was offered a position to work for Williams Homes, a private builder in Santa Clarita with the goal of starting a Design Build company, focusing on rebuilding homes that were destroyed in the Thomas Fire. The Design Build firm designed and built 16 homes that were completely destroyed by the fire. Giving the keys to a home owner who lost everything was the most rewarding experience of his career. Every home met the vision and functionality of each homeowner and all homes were delivered on time and on budget.
