Soon after the Construction Service Agreement has been signed the fun begins. The design and planning process for your project is kicked off. Our designer will sit down with you and complete our project intake form, identifying the materials and finishes you want for your project. This is used during the bidding process to ensure all items to be installed by our subcontractors are priced per the approved project specifications sheet. This ensures accurate pricing, reduces change orders and helps accelerate the construction schedule.
Prior to starting construction, we assign a highly experienced project manager to manage your project from start to finish. We provide a detailed construction schedule outlining key milestones so you can track progress. The Project Manager will be in constant communication throughout the entire build, ensuring the subcontractors are on site getting their work done per the plans and specifications, as well as scheduling the city agencies for inspections and sign offs.
